MTVH has acquired 110 homes at Clapham Park from its joint venture with Countryside Partnerships

91 of these homes will be made available for Key Worker Living Rent, with the remainder for shared ownership.  The regeneration scheme at Clapham Park will more than double the number of homes on the estate to 4,200, of which more than half will be affordable.
