| 27 Jul 2026 | Easy Housing Association (EHA) could be removed from the register of social housing providers due to a “persistent and longstanding” failure to meet regulatory standards. The lease-based provider has failed to fully comply with the terms of an enforcement notice issued in 2025, including a requirement to appoint a manager to manage its social housing affairs. It had also not adequately cooperated with the individuals appointed to its board by the RSH in 2025, with the aim of strengthening governance and providing valuable senior-level sector expertise in finance, governance and tenant safety. EHA will now have the opportunity to make representations before the regulator makes a final decision. |
