Large housing association L&Q has added two residents to its group board

This forms part of the organisation's strategy to ensure that customer voices are “at the heart of decision-making”.  Cassie Clifford and Selena Hall, who will become Chair and Deputy Chair respectively of the organisation's Resident Experience and Influence Committee, joined L&Q's group board on 1st August.  Ms Clifford is a shared owner who has served on L&Q's Resident Services Board since September 2025.  She works as director for change and transformation for digital at BBC Studios.  Ms Hall, who has been an L&Q resident for 24 years, works as an asset and repairs manager within the social housing sector.
