A further 33% were in insecure accommodation, such as living with friends or family, in custody or in hospital, while 34% were living in secure, independent accommodation. People whose support needs related to substance use, sex work, offending and rough sleeping were at substantially higher risk of adverse outcomes, including returning to homelessness or even death. |
