Home REIT is continuing to wind down its operations

In an update on 3rd August, the company announced that it had had sold the remaining properties in its portfolio at auction, with these expected to complete by the end of the month.  The sale raised £16.14million against an August 2025 valuation of the assets at £17.35million.  The company had exited the UK Real Estate Investment Trust regime on 28th July.  Home REIT said that it was currently unable to distribute its capital to shareholders due to the threat of litigation.
