Housing association Vivid is considering buying a stake in a second housebuilder

In August, Inside Housing reported that the association was exploring "strategic opportunities" with Thakeham, a house builder based in Sussex.  The deal, which follows Vivid's acquisition of Bargate in 2019, would secure its position as one of the UK's biggest developing RPs, while Thakeham would receive a significant cash injection to help build out its land bank.
