Salix Homes has completed a 100-home Passivhaus scheme

Willohaus in Salford welcomed its first residents in July.  Residents will benefit from significantly reduced energy bills compared to traditional housing, as well as being comfortable in summer and warm in winter due to the development's highly effective heating and ventilation systems.  This is achieved through a whole-building approach to efficient, high‑quality construction, which is independently tested, verified and certified by the Passivhaus Institute.
