Following the acquisition of COSIE Homes from IoT Solutions Group, Zap Carbon has 100 social landlords on its books.  Both Zap IQ and COSIE Homes make sensors that can be installed in landlords’ homes, collect data on environmental conditions and send alerts based on their readings.  Following the merger, Zap Carbon’s businesses have a combined 40,000 sensors installed in homes across the social housing sector.  It plans to invest a seven-figure sum in COSIE Homes over the next three years in support of its growth ambitions.
