[Additions and subtractions from the Gradings Under Review list]

On 18th August, Rentplus Homes was added to the RSH's Gradings Under Review list due to possible serious failings in delivering the outcomes of the Governance and Financial Viability Standard.  The organisation is a for-profit provider and subsidiary of Rentplus UK, which purchases homes from developers under Section 106 and leases them to RPs for twenty years.  Tenants pay up to 80% of the market rate in rent and have opportunities at five-year intervals to buy their home with a high street mortgage.
