[Stock transfers]

On 25th August, A2Dominion announced that it had transferred 582 homes to fellow housing association Vivid, with a further 50 homes expected to follow at a later date.  The transfer included homes in Chichester, Eastleigh, Southampton and Fareham, alongside a community centre, play park and parking spaces.  The deal supported A2Dominion's strategy to reduce its geographic spread and concentrate investment in core operating areas, with the aim of improving service consistency and responsiveness.  For VIVID, the transfer increased its stock numbers in areas where it already had a strong presence, allowing it to strengthen its relationships with customers and local communities.
