| 3 Sep 2026 | The median void loss for the quarter to June was 1.4%, up from 1.3% in the quarter to March, while the mean remained unchanged at 1.9%. According to the RSH's latest quarterly survey, around 30% of providers reported being outside of their business plan assumptions for void losses. This was due to referral delays from social services upon which they are reliant, complex applicant needs and affordability assessment refusals, and properties having to be decanted for regeneration schemes and major repair and safety works. |
