Bromford Flagship LiveWest has launched a £2billion guaranteed secured note programme

Under the programme, established on 9th November, the organisation will be able to issue notes at fixed or floating rates and with or without a credit rating.  It also allows notes to be issued as social, green or sustainability bonds, which would require the money raised to be allocated in accordance with its Sustainable Finance Framework.
