According to research by Solomnic, over 100 cladding and fire safety claims have been issued in the High Court since 2017, of which 72 are ongoing.  56 of these have a specified value, which in aggregate total £380million.  Some of these cases involve housing associations, for instance the action taken by Poplar HARCA against contractor Rydon for fire safety defects in two tower blocks built in the 2010s.
