In September, Reds 10 Group launched a new offsite developer to target social and affordable home delivery

Reds10 Developments “will unlock land and deliver high-quality, affordable homes through industrialised construction”.  The company said: "By standardising design and aggregating demand across partners, Reds10 Developments will use industrialised construction at scale to reduce build costs, increase productivity and make schemes viable on sites that have long been stalled or overlooked.”  Reds10 Developments was already on site with Raven Housing Trust in Merstham, Surrey, and was at an advanced stage in establishing a series of long-term strategic partnerships with councils, housing associations, charities and like-minded developers.
