Pivotal Housing Association has appealed against its removal from the RSH’s register

In July, the regulator confirmed that the organisation had appealed against its May decision to remove the organisation landlord from the registered providers list.  Therefore Pivotal, which is “balance sheet insolvent”, remains registered while its appeal under Section 121 of the Housing and Regeneration Act 2008 is heard.
