Lloyds has pledged £500million to support small and specialist housing providers

This is expected to enable the delivery of around 2,000 new affordable homes across the UK.  The pledge, announced on 6^th July, was made on top of a 2024 commitment to provide £200million to small and specialist providers, which has now been delivered.
