This also breaches the regulatory requirement to maintain a complete, accurate and up-to-date dataset that can be accessed quickly of the RP gets into financial difficulties. Ms Darvell called on RPs to improve the quality of this data, for example by cross-referencing asset data to Land Registry records. |
