Sanctuary has purchased five retirement communities from another provider

Sanctuary Supported Living  completed the acquisition, which involved 600 supported and retirement living homes from Your Housing Group, in July.  The transaction will strengthen Sanctuary’s older persons’ housing offer and aligns with its strategy to grow supported living services where this supports long term sustainability.  Both landlords highlighted the positive feedback from residents and staff during the consultation process.
