BFL has appointed its first Chief Strategy Officer

In July, Bromford Flagship LiveWest (BFL) appointed Rhys Moore, currently the NHF’s Executive Director of Public Impact to the role, with a start date in October.  He will lead delivery of BFL’s long‑term strategy, working with government and partners to maximise the group’s investment capacity and influence.
