Competence and conduct will now be covered under a separate regulatory standard

This will come into force in October, alongside the Social Tenant Access to Information Requirements (STAIRs).  While the RSH had originally planned for competence and conduct requirements to be part of the Transparency, Influence and Accountability (TIA) Standard, it decided to create a separate Standard in response to consultation feedback.
