In July, it was announced that the National Housing Bank had agreed loan deals worth a total of £35million to support housing and regeneration initiatives. These consist of:
- A £14million infrastructure loan to JV partners Scarborough Group and Metro Holdings, catalysing the deliver of 1,900 homes on brownfield land at Middlewood Locks in Salford
- A £10million infrastructure loan to Tikehau Capital to support the redevelopment of Walnuts Shopping Centre in Orpington, which will include 440 new homes
- An £11million development finance loan to Pickstock Homes to support the delivery of 90 new homes in Ludlow, being the third phase of a scheme that whose earlier phases had received support from Homes England.
