In May, only 4% of RPs were “very prepared” for Phase 2 of Awaab’s Law

According to a survey by Housemark, more than a quarter of landlords are “unprepared to some degree” for the expanded requirements.  The data analytics firm said that the findings showed a “confidence gap in sector readiness”.
