[New mergers recently announced]

On 1^st July, Abri announced that it had been selected as the preferred partner of Curo Group, with both boards in talks about a potential merger.  This would create an organisation with 73,000 homes.  At the time of the announcement, a full business case was being formulated, with approval of both boards required for the proposal to proceed.  Further due diligence and engagement with stakeholders was also planned, with a final decision expected “later in the year”.
