Tower Hamlets Council is to invest £143million in new council housing

This will deliver the first ten sites in the Borough’s Accelerated Housing Programme, providing 351 new homes.  This is the first phase of a programme that will deliver up to 3,300 new homes on 42 council-owned sites, with a minimum of 51% affordable housing.
