The organisation monitors the publication of proposals for changes to standards for consultation and factors the impact of these proposals into its long-term financial plan.   Similarly, as the size and timetable for new funding streams or changes to rent levels are announced, plans for asset management, development and finance are updated accordingly.  The organisation continues to lobby for an appropriate balance between rent policy, including rent convergence, and the requirements of asset management standards.
