The organisation maintains records of the accessibility features of each of its homes, with periodic audits to ensure the accuracy and completeness of this data.  This is used to match up disabled tenants with homes that have the relevant adaptations.  This information is also recorded on the local authority’s Accessible Housing Register, where these are in place.
