Where the organisation has high-rise residential buildings requiring fire safety remediation, it has reviewed the government's Remediation Acceleration Plan and, where relevant, the Remediation Acceleration Plans of the Combined Authorities in which it works, to ensure that its remediation programmes are aligned with the requirements of these documents and to identify any opportunities to speed up remediation or reduce the net cost of these works.
