To ensure that stock condition data remains comprehensive, accurate and up to date, it is updated between surveys when opportunities allow, including following cyclical maintenance, void works or responsive repairs. Data is also collected and maintained on any vulnerabilities of the residents of each home and this is taken into account when specifying and prioritising repair work.
