A new Housing Ombudsman has been appointed on an interim basis

Andrea Keenoy, the organisation’s current Chief Operating Officer, will take up the role on 1st August for up to six months.  At an HCLG Committee session on 14th July, it was revealed that the government’s latest recruitment process had been withdrawn after the government decided that the criteria for the position should be amended to require a greater level of experience in the housing sector.
